Snapshot
Snapshot functionality speeds up loading of the application into Magic Optimizer. Is used mainly for large applications, which can take long time to load. Snapshot offers to save already imported application from Magic Optimizer into a snapshot file, which contains full application data. This snapshot file can then be imported into Magic Optimizer, but with half the time as original application.
How to use:
a) To save snapshot file:
1. Load application into Magic Optimizer
2. Save snapshot into file (use File/Save snapshot)
b) To load snapshot file
3. Load snapshot file (use File/Load snapshot)
Note: to Load snapshot file, no application needs to be loaded into Magic Optimizer -> snapshot file is application itself.
Save snapshot
Compress snapshot file
A snapshot of large application can become large file itself. This option will compress snapshot file to smaller size.
